DESCRIPTION

It's a bullet hell fishing roguelite.

You cast your hook into the ocean in order to harvest fish and treasure. But the fish are not bassic creatures, they will not be harvested withtrout putting up a fight. As a wise man once said: "The best defense is a lot of bullets". Looking at the behaviour of the fish, they seem to have writ this quote into the very bedrock of their culture, if their determination to krill you is any indication.

Fishticuffs was once known as Fisherman's Peril when I first developed it in the month of February 2020, upon which I made a video on the matter and called it done. Later in the year I decided to make the game some more, setting the goal of finishing the game by year's end. Severalfold the game has increased in this time.

A bullet hell game,

But fishing's your aim,

So Fishticuffs's what I called it.

In waters you come across goods:

A menu; shops are understood.

A shield for your health,

And clovers for wealth.
